COID Workshops in South African Centres in November 2015

COID workshops are being planned for November.
Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg and Pretoria are presently on the list, but let us know about Port Elizabeth or other centres on earthtopam@creativelyfunctional.net or comment below

The aim of the workshop is to:

·         pass on knowledge and skills to increase the return from the Commissioner,

·         comply with legal requirements and

·         speed up the process of claiming using the new system,

·         Thereby recouping some of the annual expenditure paid to the commissioner.

There are Golden Rules for managing claims 

and Viable Reasons to do so!

The workshops will cover:

1. 1.    the principles of the COID act,
2. 2.   the correct procedure to follow in claiming compensation using the new system
3. 3.   specific details on ensuring that your cases are up to date and you receive the compensation that is due
4. 4.   procedure for NIHL and other occupational diseases.
5. 5.   managing the expense to minimize it but still be legally correct.  (rates and rebates)
6. 6.   how the COID act fits into the other Labour Acts
